Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Client Aide offers the following services:

- Bookkeeping

- Tax preparation

- Financial statement preparation

- Payroll processing

- General ledger maintenance

- Account reconciliation

2. Professional Standards

Client Aide commits to providing services in accordance with applicable

professional standards, including those set by relevant accounting and

tax preparation bodies.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery

- Maintain responsibility for the accuracy of financial records

- Promptly respond to requests for additional information

- Review and approve prepared documents in a timely manner

4. Fees and Payment

- Fees for services will be clearly communicated before work begins

- Payment is due upon receipt of invoice

- Late payments may incur additional fees

- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances

5. Confidentiality

Client Aide will maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and

will not disclose any information without explicit client consent,

except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Client Aide's liability is limited to the fees paid for the services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. The client remains responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Independent Contractor Status

Client Aide operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee of the client.

9. Document Retention

Client Aide will retain documents related to the engagement for 2 years, after which they may be destroyed without further notice.

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Michigan, United States.

11. Disclaimer

Client Aide is not a certified public accounting firm. Our services do not

include audits, attestation, or other services requiring CPA licensure.

Clients should seek licensed professionals for such services. By engaging Client Aide's services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

These terms should be read in conjunction with the specific engagement letter provided for each service.
